Travel Insurance is an optional add-on that guests may choose during booking. It is never selected automatically, and the fee is added only when the guest actively checks the insurance option in the Cart.

How the Optional Insurance Works

• The insurance option is voluntary and can be left unselected.
• The applicable fee is shown in the Cart before checkout.
• If the price is set per participant, the fee is multiplied by the number of guests.
• If the option is not selected, the booking is recorded as without insurance and no insurance fee is charged.

Provider and Official Policy

The insurance provider, eligibility requirements, coverage period, benefits, coverage limits, exclusions, claim documents, and claim decisions are governed by the official policy and terms issued by the insurance provider. Please review the official policy before adding insurance to your booking.

Coverage and Exclusions

Coverage varies by insurance product. Do not assume that every activity, medical condition, personal item, cancellation, delay, accident, rescue, evacuation, or other loss is covered. The official policy document is the final reference for what is included and excluded.

Claims

Claims must be submitted according to the insurance provider's procedure and within the required time limit. Keep your booking confirmation, payment receipt, identification, medical or police reports, invoices, and any other documents requested by the provider.
