Terms & Conditions – Batur Volcano Tour
1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with Batur Volcano Tour (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after a deposit (DP) or full payment has been successfully received.
Confirmation details will be sent via:
Email and/or
WhatsApp
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollar (US$).
Prices may change at any time without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
Payment options may include:
Deposit payment (DP)
Full payment
Any remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the activity.
4. No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Customer cancellation
Late arrival
No-show
Personal reasons
5. Rescheduling Policy
Customers may request rescheduling:
At least 24 hours before the activity
Subject to availability
Only one reschedule request is allowed.
Rescheduling is not permitted for:
No-shows
Last-minute requests
6. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend the activity without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
No rescheduling or compensation will be provided.
7. Pickup & Customer Responsibility
Pickup service is not included unless explicitly stated.
Customers must provide accurate:
Pickup location
Contact details (WhatsApp recommended)
Incorrect information may result in missed service without compensation.
8. Health & Safety
Participants must be in good physical condition.
Certain activities may not be suitable for:
Pregnant women
Individuals with heart conditions
Serious medical conditions
Participation is at your own risk.
9. Weather & Force Majeure
Activities may be affected by:
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Government regulations
In such cases, we may:
Offer rescheduling, or
Provide alternative arrangements
No refunds will be provided.
10. Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for:
Personal injury
Loss or damage of personal belongings
Delays caused by external factors (traffic, weather, etc.)
All activities are undertaken at the customer’s own risk.
11. Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to:
Modify itineraries
Adjust schedules
Change activity details
Due to operational, safety, or environmental reasons.
12. Conduct
Customers must:
Follow instructions from guides
Respect local laws and culture
We reserve the right to refuse service without refund if a customer:
Behaves inappropriately
Endangers others
Violates regulations
13. Communication
All communication is conducted via:

Email
Customers are responsible for ensuring their contact details are active and correct.
14. Anti-Chargeback Policy
By completing a booking, you agree that:
All transactions are final and cannot be disputed or reversed through banks, credit card providers, or payment gateways.
Any issues must be resolved directly with Batur Volcano Tour.
We reserve the right to submit the following as evidence in any dispute:
Booking details
Payment records
WhatsApp communication
System logs (including Terms acceptance, timestamp, and IP address)
15. Third-Party Services
Some activities may involve third-party providers (e.g., ATV, rafting).
We are not responsible for the actions, negligence, or service quality of third-party operators.
16. Privacy Policy
Customer data is used only for booking and operational purposes.
We do not sell or misuse personal data.
Data may be shared with operational partners when necessary.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
18. Final Agreement
By completing your booking, you confirm that:
You fully understand and accept these Terms & Conditions
You agree to the No Refund Policy
You accept the Rescheduling Policy
You agree to the Anti-Chargeback Policy
